There is no downtime to Cosmetic Acupuncture and you should see an instant glow to the skin and feel relaxed and refreshed after the first appointment. Single sessions can be booked, however, to get good and to maintain lasting results, 12 sessions are needed. These sessions are spaced out 2 times a week over the course of 6 weeks. It is recommended that after the twelfth treatment patients undergo additional treatments every one-three months, for a reparative and preventative treatment. Please note: Occasional local bruising may occur, if you have an important event to attend, please take this into consideration and book your treatment 10 days prior. Cosmetic acupuncture treatment is not reimbursed by insurance companies. However, medical treatment is. I charge the regular fee of €60 per treatment for medical treatment. Please check with your insurance provider to see if you are eligible for reimbursement. |
