I am a general practitioner of Chinese Medicine, licensed in Acupuncture, Tuina and QST therapy. Using these traditional methods I address health complaints with a holistic approach.
My academic journey began at Shenzhou Open University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where I dedicated six intensive years to earning degrees in Acupuncture and Tuina therapy. In addition to being a General Chinese medical practitioner, I have expanded my expertise through specialised courses and training programmes tailored to support oncology patients. Following comprehensive oncology training for acupuncturists, my practice has been recognised with inclusion in the Integral Medicine Cancer Reference Guide (IKNL). Furthermore, I have undergone further specialised training in treating conditions related to autism, sensory processing disorder, and ADHD. I also provide support to families, enabling them to apply therapeutic techniques at home, thereby enhancing therapeutic outcomes and reducing the need for extensive therapy sessions. My commitment is to guide individuals and families toward balanced and healthy living. I strongly advocate for the integration of Chinese medicine into primary healthcare, highlighting its gentle yet effective approach that stimulates the body's natural healing processes without the adverse effects often associated with conventional medications. I firmly believe in a collaborative approach between Western and Chinese medicine to minimise medication reliance. My work involves supporting individuals to take an active role in their health while fostering harmony in their mind, body, and spirit. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and collaborate on addressing your health concerns, and supporting your journey toward optimal health. Additionally, I am proud to be a member of Zhong Dutch Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine (NVTCG ZHONG) the largest professional organisation in the Netherlands with over 900 members. I am also a member of The Foundation for Complementary and Alternative Healthcare (De Stichting Complementaire en Alternatieve Gezondheidszorg) collaborating with Zorgbelang Inclusief to establish the Disputes Committee for Complementary Healthcare within The Hague's Disputes Committee framework. My practice has received recognition from Dutch medical insurers through professional and umbrella organisations. Zorgwijzer. |
