​This page provides all the information you need to install the Held mobile application on your phone.

Held is an appointment management tool that allows you to track or cancel appointments directly from your mobile device. Please note that appointments can only be canceled through the Held mobile application.

While installing the app is not mandatory, you will need it to cancel your scheduled appointments.

As a reminder of our cancellation policy: to maintain appointment integrity and better accommodate all patients, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the reserved treatment and time.

​Once you have installed the application on your mobile phone and created your personal account, you can use the link sent to you via email from our practice, which contains your personal invitation code to connect your Held account with Acupuncture Practice Jill Brown.
In case invitation code does not work, we can connect your Held app with the practice during your first visit.
